Brunello di Montalcino “Montosoli” is in fact a vineyard of about 5 hectares in the north-east of Montalcino. The Sangiovese vines, here arise at an altitude between 350 meters and 400 meters above sea level, the grapes were vinified separately for the first time. The good sun exposure and the particular microclimate contribute to the ripening of the grapes that produce a wine of extreme complexity and elegance. This sensational wine from Altesino, for its Cru “Montosoli” has obtained important international recognition. The highest one is from Wine Spectator who defined it as the second most representative vineyard of the Italian wine reality.
